How Cinevo treats your data

Information we collect

• Media you provide: photos and videos used only to produce the AI images or clips you request. They are deleted after processing unless we must keep them briefly to deliver a result, fix an error, or meet a legal duty.
• Outputs you create: finished images and videos may be retained for up to 24 hours so you can preview, save, or share them. They are automatically deleted from our servers after this period.
• Technical signals: IP address, crash logs, and diagnostics help us protect the service and improve stability.
• Device profile: device identifiers, session tokens, credit balance, purchase records, and generation history. You can start without creating a username or password.
• Optional feedback: if you write to us in Feedback, we may receive your message, any screenshots you attach, and basic device details needed to investigate.
• Permissions: camera or photo-library access is requested only when you choose to upload media. You can revoke access in system Settings at any time.

Photos and videos

• Uploaded media is used only to create the styled portraits, cinematic stills, or image-to-video results you ask for.
• We do not run facial recognition, identity checks, user scoring, or biometric analysis on your uploads.
• We do not collect, extract, create, or store facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles.
• Uploads are not used for ads, marketing audiences, or training AI models.

Face-related data

You may choose to upload a portrait so Cinevo can generate a styled image or video.

• We do not identify people, match faces, or use faces as a login method.
• We do not collect, extract, create, or store facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles.
• Portrait files are used only to finish the generation you started.
• Source portraits are processed only on infrastructure we operate and are not sent to any third-party AI service.
• Source portraits are automatically deleted after the generation process is completed.
• Generated images and videos are retained for up to 24 hours for result delivery and retrieval, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers.
• We do not sell, rent, license, or share uploaded portraits or face-related data with third parties.
• Portraits and face-related data are not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, user profiling, identity recognition, or AI model training.

How we use data

We use information to run Cinevo, complete generation jobs, keep credits and purchase records accurate, answer support requests, protect the service, follow the law, and refine the product experience.

We may review aggregated or de-identified usage metrics. Those summaries are not meant to identify you.

Service partners

Apple App Store and Google Play handle payments and subscriptions under their own policies.

• Crash and diagnostic tools may process anonymous reports so we can improve reliability.
• Attribution or analytics partners may receive limited, non-content device or campaign data to measure installs and performance.
• Portrait uploads are processed only on servers we operate.
• No uploaded faces, biometric data, or face-derived files are sent to an outside AI vendor.
• We do not sell face data to advertisers or data brokers.

How long we keep uploads

Source photos and videos are kept only as long as needed to finish the requested generation.

After the generation process is completed, source media is deleted automatically.

Generated images and videos are retained for up to 24 hours for result delivery and retrieval. After this period, they are automatically deleted from our servers.

We do not retain facial landmarks, face geometry, face maps, face embeddings, biometric identifiers, facial recognition templates, or other biometric profiles because we do not collect or create such data.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data, limit certain processing, or withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis.

You can delete individual works in the app, ask us to delete account-linked data, or reach us using the contacts below. We will reply within the time required by applicable law.

Other notes

• Age: Cinevo is not intended for anyone under 18, or under the digital-consent age that applies where you live.
• Cross-border processing: data may be handled outside your country, with safeguards where the law requires them.
• Updates: we may revise this policy. Material updates will appear on this page. Continued use after a change may be treated as acceptance where the law allows.
