Rules for using Cinevo

01 · Agreement

Opening or continuing to use Cinevo means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

02 · The Service

Cinevo provides AI-assisted cinematic image and video tools, including style templates and image-to-video generation. We may change, pause, or discontinue features without prior notice.

A separate account name, password, or email is not required to begin. When you launch the app, we create a device-linked profile so credits, history, and purchases stay on that device.

03 · Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Face-related processing happens to complete your request and source images are deleted after processing. We do not store biometric identifiers or use uploads to identify people.

04 · Subscriptions and purchases

• Renewal: a subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancel: manage billing in your Apple or Google account. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you.
• Credit packs: one-time credit purchases are billed through the App Store, Google Play, or another method we enable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we say otherwise.
• Refunds: follow the app store rules and applicable law.

05 · Fair use

Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive material. Do not reverse engineer, interfere with, or commercially exploit the Service beyond what these Terms allow. We may suspend or end access if you violate these rules.

06 · Our rights

The Service, including software, designs, and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use Cinevo as offered.

07 · Your media

You keep ownership of content you upload and of outputs generated from it, subject to these Terms. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies we must keep for legal or security reasons.

08 · No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

09 · Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where our business is registered. Please try to resolve a dispute with us informally first. If that fails, the courts of that jurisdiction will have authority.

11 · Updates

We may revise these Terms. If you keep using Cinevo after an update is posted, that use is treated as acceptance of the revised Terms.
